Daily Wrap-up


The good news is that today my calories were right on point, so I accomplished my goal from yesterday. Unfortunately my protein was a little low and my fat a little high. Luckily the majority of my fats were heart healthy. Tomorrow, however, I am going to concentrate on getting enough protein in early on so I don't spend the entire day scrounging. Perhaps a whey-tini rather than the mojito?

I love food-not a health food enthusiast,but I like salads and subs-which I think are good nutrition-wise. I do love me some bacon,though!
