Overall I'm pretty pleased with my day. Even more than the result, I'm happy that I was aware of what I was putting in my body and was able to modify my meals to meet my goals. From a calorie standpoint I was on point, even with the happiest hour of the week! When it comes to weekends I believe that you should allow yourself to have fun. If that fun involves food or alcohol, just plan for it. Cut back a little here and there throughout the day or add on some extra exercise to make up for the extra calories.

Daily Wrap-up
