Although my meal replacement shake did it's job and kept my stomach quiet, it was not very high in calories and I was ready for lunch early. I had a turkey sandwich on wheat topped with veggies, oil, and vinegar. I also had a side of baked lays and of course diet coke (merry Christmas). It's important to note that although I ordered whole wheat bread, the odds of it being 100% whole wheat is slim to none. More likely, it is a white/wheat blend. It is still a better bet than white but you are not getting the benefits of a whole grain.
