Lunch

As I talked about in yesterday's post, my diet this weekend was far from stellar. The individual foods were not that bad but there was little diversity. So today I'm making an effort to include much more vegetables. Unfortunately that effort didn't include anything as novel as grocery shopping so I headed to the Whole Foods salad bar. When making a salad, or mixture of vegetables, I try to make it as colorful as possible. It not only makes a delightful picture for your blog, but each colored vegetable is typically full of different vitamins. So getting a rainbow of colors ensures that you are getting an array of vitamins.
