I used spinach instead of lettuce as the foundation of my salad (shocker). I added carrots, corn, peppers, cucumbers, and sunflower seeds. I used fat-free salad dressing on the side. I dipped my fork into the dressing before each bite rather than pouring it directly on the salad. This is a good trick to cut down on the amount of salad dressing that you use. As there is usually little option for protein in their salads I like to get a bowl of chicken soup. I then take the chicken pieces and add them to my salad. Not the most glamorous but that's what I do when I'm rollin gangsta at the SP. I also had a piece of Indian Grain Bread, of which I ate about half.
